Project Overview & Our Role
SpiceTree is a luxury eco-resort brand offering immersive hospitality experiences across destinations such as Munnar, Rajakumari, and Chinnar. The project focused on strengthening the brand’s digital presence while supporting individual property identities. Emphasis was placed on consistent storytelling, premium visual communication, and audience-focused messaging. Digital initiatives were structured to drive qualified enquiries, increase brand awareness, and maintain cohesion across multiple locations. Managing four Instagram properties required a unified yet flexible content strategy, ensuring each resort retained its unique character while contributing to a strong, recognizable parent brand across all digital touchpoints.
Our role covered lead generation, creative strategy, performance marketing, and social media management across four Instagram accounts—SpiceTree Munnar, SpiceTree Rajakumari, SpiceTree Chinnar, and SpiceTree Resorts—ensuring consistency, growth, and measurable enquiry generation.
